Pursuing Intimacy with God Ministry motivating and leading scripture was John 15:16 (KJV)

“Ye not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.”

“Ye have not chosen me, but I have (chosen – selected you) and (ordained – determined you) that ye should (go – accomplish) and (bring-produce) forth fruit (have an effect) and that your fruit should remain – (mature/have results) that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.”

Amplified Bible Version St. John 15:16
You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed and placed and purposefully planted you, so that you would go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit will remain and be lasting, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name (as My representative) He may give to you. (Purposefully planted your life – in your family/culture – ethnicity/country)

John 15:
1- 2 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

NLT John 15
1 I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener.
2 He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn’t produce fruit, and he prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more.

Vine – a plant whose stems requires support
Husbandman – a person who cultivates, nurtures, improves and develops…

You can produce and bear fruit from your worldly lifestyle or your born again lifestyle . Your born again fruit is pruned that it may produce more of its kind so that it can be used over and over and over again.  

Pruning – is to cut away, to get rid of undesired twiggs, branches and roots. Our pruning comes in the form of trials, tribulations, tests, rejections and setbacks. They shape us to produce good fruit and teach us to trust in God.  

Ephesians 1:5
Having predestined us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

Predestined – predetermined in advance by the divine Will of God: God has always wanted us even before we were born; we have always and will be His priority.  

This is why it is stated in Genesis 2:2, before we were created/born His work was finished. He’s not coming to go to the cross again, for souls in any dispensation of time. Everything He created – He thought of everything… your name is written in the Lamb’s book of life, you just don’t know it yet. Revelation 21:27

Worldly fruit isn’t pruned; it is cut off because it’s weak and limp and has no strength or ability to stay connected to the vine which is our life source and truth; It’s not useful or helpful because it seeks its own carnal-minded solutions that lead to negative results.  Galatians 5:19 – 21
